Process

Up and running in weeks, not months

Every church is different, so we do not run a factory. But the shape of the work stays the same, and it is a shape built on listening first. From the first call to the Sundays that follow, here is how we work together.

01

The first call

We start with a conversation, not a questionnaire. We want to know your church: how you serve your neighborhood, what your Sundays look like, and the questions your people ask you every week. In forty minutes we learn more than a hundred form fields ever could. You will leave that call knowing whether we are a fit, and we will leave it knowing what to build.

02

A plan in days, not months

Within a couple of days you receive a clear plan: what we will build, what it will cost, and when it will be live. The quote is fixed. The schedule is honest. There are no surprise line items, because surprises are how trust dies.

03

We build, you watch

We work in short cycles and show you real, working pieces along the way. You see the actual site and the actual assistant, not mockups of what could be. You give feedback, we refine, and the work stays visible from week one. Nothing appears suddenly at the end and says "surprise".

04

Launch without drama

Launch day is quiet by design. Your domain, your email, and your content move over without interruption. The site is live, the assistant is answering, and your people barely notice the change. That is the point.

05

We stay, so you can lead

After launch we remain your team: updates, backups, monitoring, and a human who answers when something feels off. When your church changes, your technology changes with it. You never have to wonder who to call, because it is always us, and we always answer.
